This investigation focuses on ultrastructural alterations observed in different
clinical forms of cerebral palsy using electron microscopy techniques. Brain tissue specimens
from forty-seven pediatric patients who expired between two thousand thirteen and two
thousand twenty-three were examined. The study revealed form-specific ultrastructural patterns
in neurons, oligodendrocytes, and astrocytes that correlate with clinical manifestations.
Particular emphasis was placed on mitochondrial changes, endoplasmic reticulum
modifications, and cytoplasmic inclusions in affected cells.
